$242/month, 2 month minimum.

Get on track to crush your goals with weekly training programming, video analysis, and unlimited messaging support.

What’s included:

  • A 30 minute consultation call

  • A fully custom training plan, designed to set you up for success and fit into your lifestyle

  • Workouts delivered every week in the Everfit app, where you can easily move sessions around if your schedule changes

  • 1:1 coach support— in-app messaging anytime.

  • Follow-up calls as needed, up to once a month.

  • Video analysis and feedback of your climbing on projects and drills. Send me your footage, your questions, and I’ll help you stay on the right track.

    • If I assign a drill or tell you to create a climb to target a specific weakness, I can help you tweak it for a better challenge!

    • Going on an outdoor trip? Get feedback on your tactics as well as your technique, and get more projects done!

  • Flexibility to rewrite your program – because sometimes life happens! Going on an unexpected work trip? We’ll adapt your training.


This is for the athlete who is ready to level-up movement skills and mindset, as well as strength.

You can send me videos for feedback on your movement drills or advice on your project, and if you’re ever feeling stuck and need someone to talk to— I’m there.
