Everything that’s included in the standard 9 week custom plan, plus:

  • 1:1 coach support via Voxer, 5 days a week (M-F)

  • Video analysis and feedback of your climbing on projects and drills. Send me your footage, your questions, and I’ll help you stay on the right track.

    • If I assign a drill or tell you to create a climb to target a specific weakness, I can help you tweak it for a better challenge!

    • Going on an outdoor trip? Get feedback on your tactics as well as your technique, and get more projects done!

  • Flexibility to pause or rewrite your program – because sometimes life happens! You can pause your program up to 4 times for a total of up to 4 weeks. Going on an unexpected work trip? We’ll adapt your training.

This is for the athlete who knows they want to hone in on movement skills and mindset.

You can send me videos for feedback on your movement drills or advice on your project, and if you’re ever feeling stuck and need someone to talk to— I’m there.
